Puja — What to read, by occasion

Most people come looking for a text because of the day it is — the first Monday of Shravan, the second night of Navratri, Ekadashi. This page is arranged that way rather than by type, so you can find what is read today without knowing what it is called.

श्रावण सोमवार · Shravan & Mondays

The month of Shravan, and every Monday of the year. Start with the aarti and add the stotras as the month goes on.

नवरात्र · Navratri

Nine nights. The aartis are what a household sings standing; the kavach and stotras are read seated, traditionally alongside Saptashati paath.

गणेशोत्सव · Ganeshotsav

Chaturthi to Visarjan, and every Sankashti through the year. Sukhkarta first, always.

दिवाळी व लक्ष्मीपूजन · Diwali & Lakshmi Puja

For the evening of Lakshmi Puja, and for Fridays through the year.

दत्त जयंती व गुरुवार · Datta Jayanti & Thursdays

Thursday is the Datta day and the paath has a settled shape — the aarti, then Karunatripadi.

एकादशी व विठ्ठल · Ekadashi & Vitthal

Ashadhi and Kartiki Ekadashi, and the wari to Pandharpur.

रोजची पूजा · Daily puja

The sequence a household actually sings, start to finish — also available as one continuous page.
